We wanted to do something different for the team building component of our workshop this year and decided to use Dance 4U “Team building through Latin dance” for our convention.  The one hour lesson highlighted how partnership, communication, encouragement, and having a good time are key components to team building, as it is relative to those who are learning dance as one with the music. The lesson was just perfect, especially for beginners. The  instructors were informative, and most importantly, made sure everyone had fun while pushing their comfort boundaries.  The energy and movement used in the workshop was exactly what we were looking for to add another dimension to our day, since our team had been sitting most of the morning.  We would definitely recommend this workshop for other companies seeking something fun and different for their team building event.
